A successful transformation ! Residence in Kamouraska

Renovation project located in Kamouraska, featuring a composite balcony, polyurethane railings and guardrails, as well as columns and corner posts made of cellular PVC.

Materials used for this residence

Custom cellular PVC columns, corner posts, and caps

The architectural features for this project

The main challenge of this project was selecting the right materials to faithfully recreate the original look while improving overall durability.
A high-quality polyurethane railing system was chosen, with square balusters that replicate the look of wood without the maintenance. The original wood columns and corner posts were replaced with custom-made cellular PVC elements, featuring soft lines and a warm, classic style.
The 100% watertight composite patio in Driftwood color is an excellent alternative to wood decking. The boards were custom-cut and installed on 16″ joist spacing.
In addition to their natural appearance, Camémat materials are durable, low-maintenance, and highly resistant to temperature variations.
